Order Processing Times
Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the beginning of the following week. If there is a delay in your order, we will notify you by phone or email regarding your order.
Out of Stock Items:
Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we offer, occasionally we may run out of certain models. If any product is not available for shipment, we will contact you by email or phone with up to date delivery information.
UPS Delivery Information:
Please note UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. You must list a valid street address with your order if you are shipping 2nd Day or Next Day Air. Orders placed on or after 12:00 p.m. on Friday, (Saturday and Sunday) will not be shipped until the following Monday. UPS shipments will not be delivered on Saturday.
We do not request or require a signature for ground service deliveries. It is solely up to the deliverer's discretion whether or not to leave a package at your door if no one is home. For your protection, please ship to an address where someone will be available to accept the package.
Alaska and Hawaii Express Shipments:
Orders placed on or after 12:00 p.m. on Friday, (Saturday and Sunday) will not be shipped until the following Monday. We do not request or require a signature for express service deliveries. It is solely up to the deliverer's discretion whether or not to leave a package at your door if no one is home. For your protection, please ship to an address where someone will be available to accept the package.
UPS & USPS Interruption of Service:
Shipping costs on UPS Air Shipments (2nd Day or Next Day Air) and on USPS Express Shipments will not be refunded for any interruption of service due to causes beyond the carrier's control. Interruption of Service would include but is not limited to the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God such as adverse weather conditions or natural disasters; riots, strikes, or other labor disputes; or any other event that is beyond the carrier's control to deliver the package as scheduled.
Responsibility of Shipping Charges:
Orders that are refused or unclaimed and returned to us, will be obligated to pay the original shipping and handling fee. Please note, once an order has left our location, any shipping and handling is a non-refundable fee.
Returns & Exchanges
Before returning or exchanging any products, you must email us at
returns@anysunglasses.com, or call us at 1-800-859-3274, for a return authorization number.
You have 30 days to request an RMA number. Upon receipt of your RMA request, we will issue you a valid RMA #. After receiving your RMA, your package must be postmarked within 10 days. The RMA should be clearly marked on the outside of the box or the package will be refused. Packages postmarked past the 10 day allowance will be issued an in store credit only. Shipping returns/exchanges is at your expense. Please make sure you return your merchandise by a traceable method (a tracking number) as we are not responsible for lost packages being returned.
- 30 Days = Full Refund or Exchange on non-prescription orders
After 30 Days = No returns or exchanges.
Prescription Eyewear: There are no refunds or exchanges unless warranted defective by the manufacturer.
- Shipping & Handling: Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. If you are returning items that received "Free Shipping" on the original order, a $5.00 handling/shipping fee will be assessed if the original order falls below the $34 minimum required for Free Shipping. A $5.00 shipping/handling fee for exchanges will be required before the exchange item is sent back out (Note: AnySunglasses requires a $10 handling fee on Gatorz exchanges. Please see our Gatorz return & exchange policy below).
- All returns must be in new condition and complete with all original packaging. We will inspect all merchandise returned. Merchandise returns that are not in the original condition or missing original packaging will either be refused or subject to a 20% re-stocking fee at our discretion.

- GATORZ Eyewear: Gatorz Eyewear returns and exchanges are to be sent directly to the factory. First, you must contact us (AnySunglasses) for your RMA#. Upon receiving your authorized RMA # (good for 10 days), send a copy of your sales receipt with the RMA # attached and mail the product directly to the Gatorz factory. Indicate clearly if you would like to return or exchange the product.
If your Gatorz item is an "exchange", AnySunglasses will charge a $10 re-ship fee along with any other price adjustments that may be necessary for the product exchange.

Warranty Against Defects:
All our discount sunglasses come with a 30 day warranty against manufacturing defects. Please contact us at 1-800-859-3274 to report a defect claim. If an exact replacement model is not available, a credit will be given towards another style/model of your choice or a refund will be issued. Many designer manufacturer's have a 1 year or longer warranty policy. Please refer to each manufacturer's warranty page for details on their policies and procedures. |
