We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and PayPal Bill Me Later. We accept Money Orders for mail orders (no checks). COD is not available.
Credit Card & Users:
When you place an order online, we receive an authorization for the amount of the purchase from your credit card company. No funds are charged until after the order has been reviewed and is being processed.
Debit Card Users:
Please keep in mind that it is your bank who holds the funds after placing your order. This is standard procedure for banks as we do not capture any funds until after the order has been processed.
Funds are directly captured from your PayPal account at the time the order is placed online. Any credit adjustments necessary during the order processing will be applied to your PayPal account.
Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. If there is a delay in your order, we will notify you by phone or email regarding your order. Out of Stock Items: Although every attempt is made to maintain sufficient inventory, occasionally we may run out of certain models. If any product is not available for shipment, we will contact you by email or phone with up to date delivery information. Order Tracking Information Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed tracking information. As with any international shipment, Custom Fees for your country may apply. We do not charge nor do we collect any custom fees. These custom fees will be due at the time of delivery when you accept the package.
Where to ship your package?
For your protection, provide a shipping address where an authorized individual will be available to accept the package. Delivery couriers may choose to leave your package when no one is available to accept it. This is out of our control as it is solely up to the courier company at the time of delivery. Unless specifically requested by phone, packages are not shipped with "Signature Required" services. If you wish to have this service ($3.00 fee), please call us to place your order and request "Signature Required" for your order.
Address Corrections, Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
Please double check your order for accuracy. A $15 Change in Address Fee will be charged for shipments that require a change in address during shipment. Refused or unclaimed shipments will be responsible for the shipping expenses charged to us by the delivery carrier.
Interruption of Delivery Service
Shipments that are guaranteed for a specific delivery date (USPS Express or UPS Air Shipments), will not be refunded for any interruption of service due to causes beyond the carrier's control. Interruption of Service would include but is not limited to the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God such as adverse weather conditions or natural disasters; riots, strikes, or other labor disputes; or any other event that is beyond the carrier's control to deliver the package as scheduled.
